I am completing an LLB (Hons) at Manchester Metropolitan University, and I run XMD Ltd, a company I built from scratch designing AI automation systems and voice agents for businesses. Two demanding things, done at the same time - and studying contract law by day while negotiating real ones by night has taught me more than either would alone.

XMD Ltd is a registered UK company. I founded it and I run it, designing AI automation systems and voice agents for businesses, alongside web design and online ordering platforms.

Find the clients, run the pitch, agree the scope and hold the relationship afterwards.

Draft the contracts, the terms and the privacy policy, and keep the company compliant. My own legal work, on my own risk.

Commission-free online ordering for takeaways, with payments settling straight into the client's own account.
